You will be joining a close knit team of educators. The owner treats all staff like family which is evident when you visit the centre. To be a Successful Applicant you Must: Be dedicated and passionate about delivering the best childcare service and experience possible Have excellent written skills and communication skills with the children, parents and team members A valid WWCC and First aid certificate Certificate III or Diploma Early Childhood Service / Education and Care, or equivalent A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) Be willing to commit for 12 months A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education Right to Work in Australia Ideally, 6 months experience as an Educator, or in a similar position What's in it for you?
